My stay at this hotel was enjoyable overall. The room, though not with the best view facing a fence and storage area, was pleasant and comfortable. It would have been nice if they could have offered a different room. The service, especially on Saturday, was lovely, and the lady running the breakfast service was exceptional. The location was convenient and close to a nice outdoor shopping mall but a bit challenging to access due to high traffic flow. The dining experience, while offering a free breakfast, was a bit slow, although the options were decent. The facilities were satisfactory.
